At Harvest Time, we define and share our values because we believe they must be put into action in every believer’s life. Our shared values align us behind the vision of our church and enable us to move in unity as a community of believers committed to fulfilling God’s purposes for our church.
Core Values:
1. The Lost – we value and place our focus on reaching people with life-changing message of the Gospel. We exist to be a life witness for Christ. (John 3:16)
2. Worship – Every believer should be engaged in a genuine, intimate relationship with God. (Mark 12:30)
3. The Local Church – Belonging to , not just just believing in, the family of God – His Church. (Eph. 2:19b) (1 Tim. 3:15b)
4. The Word Of God – the infallible, incorruptible Word of God, able to transform us into the image of Christ. (2 Tim. 3:16.17)
5. Service to Others – our desire is to minister to, serve, and care for others. (Eph. 2:10)
6. Holiness – honoring God with our lives, by raising the standard of personal purity of spirit and and soul. (1 Peter 1:16)
7. Giving – we believe that God wants to bless you so that you can BE a blessing. (Luke 6:38) (Gen. 12:2)
8. Commitment – we believe spiritual growth begins with commitment. (Psalm 37:5)
