Robert & Estelle Wells - Senior Pastors
Pastor and Sister Wells come to us from Westwego, La where they pastored for seven years. Feeling the call of God, they accepted the pastoralship of Harvest Time Tabernacle on September 1, 1982. Pastor Wells received Jesus as his personal Savior at the age of twelve. At the age of seventeen he was licensed into the ministry. From his youth up, he was always involved in some facet of the ministry. After high school, Pastor and his wife, Estelle, were married on February 19, 1966. They have two children Robert Jr., and Melissa, one daughter-in-law, Twyla, one grandson Robert III and two granddaughters, Emeral and Demi. Pastor and Sister Wells’ ultimate goal for our church is to help meet the needs of the hurting individuals in our community and show them how they can have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Rev. Jimmy & Dolores Richard - Associate Pastor
Rev. and Mrs. Richard were both raised in this local community and are part of the founding members of the church. Bro. Jimmy is an Ordained Minister and is employed full time by the church. Rev. Richard is the Assistant to the Pastor. He and his wife, Sister Dolores, handle most of the Pastoral care consisting of spiritual counseling and visitation for Pastor Wells. They have three sons, Scotty, Eric and Ryan, 3 daughter-in-laws, 6 granddaughters and 1 grandson.
Brian & Cassie Mullins - Youth & Children’s Pastors
Brian was raised in South Texas in a Godly home. After High School, he moved to Columbus, TX to attend Texas Bible Institute. There he met his wife, Cassie, who was also attending TBI, and in April of 2003 they were married. For 6 years, they worked full time at Burchfield Ministries– Brian, primarily as Asst. Dean of TBI and Program Coordinator of Discovery Camp and Cassie in the Events/Executive Office. In August of 2006, prompted by God, Brian & Cassie moved to Abbeville, where Cassie was born and raised, to serve as Youth Pastors. In November of 2006 they welcomed their first child, Carter, into their lives.
Brett & Tobie Darby - Principal
Brett Darby is a native of Abbeville. He holds the Bachelor of Music Education degree and the Master of Education Degree in Administration and Supervision from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Brett has taught high school band in the area for 10 years, and has had the privilege of assisting in the development of hundreds of young people over those years. As the principal of HTCA since 2005, he has seen God do wonderful things, including increasing the student body 3 times over! With a passionate team around him, he is confident that many more signs and wonders are ahead.
Brett and Tobie have been members of Harvest Time for over 22 years, and are committed to working with the great team God has assembled to see the harvest. They are leaders of Crosswalk, a Wednesday night bible study and discipleship group for ages 28-42. They have 3 children – Christian, Seth, and Abby.
